 Effective with Version I, the count used
 to identify the number of lines on a record/
 segment.
  
 NOTE:  During the Version I conversion this
 field was populated with data throughout
 history (back to service year 1991).
 The maximum line count per record/segment
 on the revenue center trailer is 45.  The
 maximum number of lines on carrier and DMERC
 claims are 13.
