 Effective with Version I, the count used
 to identify the total number of segments
 associated with a given claim. Each claim
 could have up to 10 segments.
  
 NOTE:  During the Version I conversion, this
 field was populated with data throughout
 history (back to service year 1991).
 For institutional claims, the count
 for claims prior to 7/00 will be 1 or 2
 (1 if 45 or less revenue center lines on a
 claim and 2 if more than 45 revenue center
 lines on a claim).  For noninstitutional
 claims, the count will always be 1.
