ResDAC Technical Publications
ResDAC Technical Publications are documents that are written by ResDAC technical advisors that provide researchers with an in-depth explanation of common CMS procedures, files, variables, and utilities.
Researchers will find documents called technical briefs and technical notes. A technical brief covers a topic in great detail and has been thoroughly researched. A technical note is generally a one to two page "how to" document that describes how to perform a specific function using CMS variables.
ResDAC Technical Publications are also available for downloading, and are in Adobe's Portable Document File (PDF) format. If you need a reader, one can be downloaded from Adobe.
